Honka Kumpu is a bright and a surprisingly spacious apartment. ‘Kumpu’ means ‘mound’ in Finnish and refers to how the design works well either as a connected terraced house used, for example, for accommodation purposes, or as a detached house. It is possible to build a rooftop terrace above the garage.
The ground floor includes a garage for two cars and the entrance. It also features two bedrooms with the necessary extra facilities. The spacious walk-in closet can easily be modified into a third bedroom. On the main floor, a staircase divides the space into a living room and a combined kitchen and dining area. Next to them, you’ll find two bedrooms with facilities. The design is suitable for a flat plot.
