The ground floor houses a two-car garage, a gym and a guest room with facilities. The living room, dining room and kitchen are combined into one large space on the main floor. Also the master bedroom with its facilities, a second bedroom and the sauna area are located here. The main floor can be accessed from both the ground floor and the side staircase via the balcony.
